ViVE 2025: AI advances, cybersecurity, and what doctors and nurses need

The digital health conference highlighted the excitement around artificial intelligence, while executives and leaders also acknowledged the need to tackle big problems.

Nashville - The ViVE digital health conference continues to grow.

More than 8,000 healthcare leaders attended the event in Nashville. The event, co-produced by CHIME and HLTH, provided glimpses of the promise of AI and the problems in health care that need to be tackled.

AI dominated the conversation of ViVE, even as more leaders stress that it’s not a panacea for every ailment in health care. Doctors and nurses are excited about AI, if it’s used to help them offer better care. Cybersecurity remains a pressing concern for health systems, as attacks get more sophisticated.

There were discussions beyond the digital. Healthcare executives acknowledge the need to make it easier for patients to get the care they need and to be able to pay for it without wrecking their finances.
