The event features two discussions that healthcare leaders will find valuable.

Then, leaders from BPD Healthcare will talk about the important changes being seen in the healthcare consumer.
Stephanie Wierwille, BPD’s executive vice president of strategy & innovation and Mallory Roman, PhD, BPD’s Director of Research & Marketing Science at BPD Healthcare, will discuss how the front door of care is shifting and what that means for health systems.
In BPD’s session, healthcare leaders will get a better sense of why consumer behavior is changing, and how health systems should be adapting their approach to connecting with consumers.
At the end of each session, there will be time for leaders to ask questions and get more insights.
The Leadership Academy is free but you need to register. Don’t miss it.
